Week 3 Early Vegas Panthers vs Saints line is Carolina minus 3

Again at home the Wise Guys have the Panthers 3 to 3.5 point favorites.

We will be facing an organization fighting tooth and nail trying to save their 2015 Season.

Sunday we're going to need to put points on the board all day long. Another nail biter awaits.

Go Panthers!

EDIT: Line now Caroline minus 8.

JUST 3 point favorites? Very surprising tbh.

Why? We NEVER try and put anyone away. We get up 2 scores, out comes the prevent....in the 2nd qtr. The game will probably be close throughout. I do see us winning, it will just be closer than it should be.

We win this handily tbh, no im not buying for a second "they will be tough to beat because of desparation." Saints suck on the road, and hell now suck at home apparently, they just suck. Im taking Carolina 3 pts and running to the bank.

They have noone to fear on D, crap O line, no Jimmy Graham, we beat the Saints two years ago handily when they went 11-5 and was a far better Saints team then they are now.

We will coast to victory and I have no doubt

Spread should be Panthers minus 10.

This team is terrible. And there's not any quick fixes laying around. I expect a good ass whipping next week.

Nah I think it will be close. Saints will be desperate knowing that losing this game could mean the beginning of the end for Brees and Payton. I think the Panthers win but I'm expecting it to be a dogfight.

I'd be less worried if they were 1-1. Nothing good comes from playing with desperate animals.

I completely agree.  Brees is talented enough to win a game by himself, but he can't do it if he's hurt like some are saying right now.  Next week is another business game, take care of business and move to 3-0.  Best part is I don't remember any major injuries, Cotchery came back in the game.  What's nice is that we know we have a very solid backup MLB, one that I'd guess would start for 15 or so teams in the NFL.  Get Star and Luke back next week and we're looking solid on defense.

    • Wild week 0 + 1 but not as crazy as we have seen before imo Kansas St put up a fight, albeit an ugly one against Iowa State only to turn around and barely survive against North Dakota. Looks like this Florida State team might be more like the ACC winners than the 2-win squad from last season. Bama still looks competitive but FSU clearly wanted it more. Frank Reich and Mike Shula are still dumpster fire coaches, but it is fun remembering the 2015 Panthers watching Shula call plays for LaNorris. Speaking of... as much as it pains me to say it, South Carolina looks better than Clemson at the moment. South Florida's thumping of Boise State put to bed any postseason playoff drama for the Broncos.  Tarleton State over Army in 2OT!? Navy is going to smoke them this season. Looks like Wake Forest's strategy of recruiting older players with leftover COVID eligibility to play while pursuing their graduate degree has run its course after barely holding on 10-9 vs Kennesaw State. I've got a few friends from ATL that went there and they were lighting up social media. 😂 Close games for GT/Colorado, LSU/Clemson, and Texas/Ohio State. Nussmeier looked like the better prospect between him, Arch, and Cade. Drew Allar and LaNorris also looked really good. The QB class this season is going to be fun to watch. Tulane whooping up on Northwestern surprised me. Not that the latter is a powerhouse but I wouldn't have bet on that score. Going to be an interesting team to keep an eye on. I thought Kentucky would have ran the score up on Toledo, not keep it within one score.
    • The Browns are the Browns. We aren't really in a position to judge though to say the least. But trying to bash them for actually attempting to bring competition to the most consequential position on the field is certainly a take.
    • I know you can get most of the home games on radio usually. Someone here can assist you with options. Whatever you do. Do not pay much if anything to watch this product. I say the same thing for the other pro franchise in Charlotte. Until the product improves they should practically pay us just to tune in not the other way around.
