If it hasn't been said, now we know why the judge convicted him even though there were inconsistencies with Holder's story.  He probably acted in the courtroom, the same way he's acting now.  Though it's clear the judge didn't believe every aspect of Holder's testimony.

Actually he was convicted. He appealed that conviction.

which means the conviction never happened because the case was dropped but what are facts to you?

once Greg Hardy appealed  the district court ruling was annulled thereafter meaning that it never originally HAPPENED,.the case then becomes a new trial or trial de novo in order to assure that the defendant is afforded the opportunity to receive an unbiased  trial amongst his peers or jurors.

That is the weakest fuging argument I have heard since this situation first started. It's not hard to not allegedly assault a female. It's just not. 

how is that a weak argument ??? you're judging a guy you have never met on a situation you have minimal information about, while labeling him as a "woman beater" it's pathetic, even with the information provided hardy is no where near the monster the media and certain people are trying to paint him as it's ridiculous........it's like athletes aren't people that can make mistakes, why should one mistake haunt someone for years and years and this goes beyond just hardy.

I'm not dumb at all. The thread is about negative media attention and the fact that Greg can no longer drag the panthers through the mud. Plain and simple, we do not need the negative attention, so I am glad is is gone.
