Constantly shuffling OL lineup might have something to do with it.

Even back to Trent Richardson though, dude just thinks he can stack talent on talent and create a worldbeater. Same could be said of Chip Kelly I suppose.

Word is he's a great talent evaluator on the individual scouting level but just terrible as a team builder.

Luck had the same OC(Hamilton) for 5 of the last 6 years. His last two in college football and his last 3 as a pro. The only other was Bruce Arians his rookie year.
