What about Bene?

Seems to be struggling and giving up to many big plays. I don't know if they will replace him if this keeps up or not. He is not adjusting to the position and has become a liability in coverge. Time to try something else???

That touchdown was a really good throw and route.  Don't know if it's struggling.  More along the lines. of if they arent throwing at Norman,  reluctantly throwing at Tillman.. that leaves Bene.  Not like he's not int he picture or just out of position.  Just some really good throws by Rogers against him.

He's been the biggest liability in the secondary all season. Today was no revelation. I never understood why so many see him as a priority signing in the future. Not trying to bash the guy. We're 8-0 but the truth is he's been the weakest link all season and seems to have regressed some this year or maybe seems that way as he set the bar high last year.

    • i presented this in another thread. he throws better to the out breaking routes the wr run, but almost nothing to the inside. that is half the options on a wr route tree. How do you run an offense like that?  even the outbreaking routes he throws are moonballs, that allow the DBs to catch up unless the wr is wide open. he has to throw with a lot of anticipation becuase he doesnt have the arm strenght to get it there if he is a little late. thats probably why you see balls behind the wrs.
