If it was an oral contract, the only way I could see him getting out of it is the underwear part (especially for a fat loser like him) could be considered "public indecency" and you can't legally contract for an illegal act.

Plus the fact that he didn't really make the promise to do this to any one specific person (so there would be nobody to enforce), but even if he did, that other person didn't give up anything up in exchange for him making this promise, so there can't be a contract.

I wish I could go back in time and offer him $1 to make that promise in his column though, then it would be enforceable.*

*(Kind of-there's a whole bunch of other legal stuff to sort through regarding whether or not you could actually get a court to order him to do it).

Either way this column gets funnier as time goes on. Does anyone know if this guy is still "employed" by bleacher report? Haven't looked at his twitter

Depends on the "underwear". Lots of variations would qualify to allow the bet payoff.

Even wearing a leotard with the underwear on the outside of the tights.

I guess if he dressed like this guy from the 80's,  all he would have to do is add the cam jersey...

    • It’s going to get wild after this Sunday.  I would assume Dave has a really smart plan.   Sorta like the AZ plan last year.    After a big turnover heavy  bad game Bryce normally reels it in.  Bryce will have one of his standard 60% for 200 days and the Bryce defenders will use that as a “ I told you he is good” games.
    • Bryce is a really smart kid and I'm sure he knows all the answers to the test but he hasn't been able to overcome his lack of physical tools and other DC's know this and play him accordingly. I think Bryce has good processing but when the correct read is the WR 30 to 40 yards down field and you have a defensive lineman coming at you what can he really do? He just doesn't have the arm to effectively and consistently hurt the defense and I think that's what's gonna do him in.  Pime example look at the INT versus Dallas last year when Thelien was wide open down the seam and Bryce threw it from a clean pocket and the ball was way short. Dc's watched that and knew that Bryce can't throw the ball deep.
    • I'd give Bryce until the trade deadline to prove he's the answer and if he's not I'm dumping him for whatever pick we can get and I'm riding with Dalton the rest of the way.  2 and a half years is enough time to determine if he can be the QB going forward so for Bryce he needs to come out over the next couple of weeks and show that. The other players in the locker room don't wanna waste another year of their careers waiting to see if you'll ever figure it out.  If you took a poll of the players in the locker room I'm sure they'd rather lose with a respected veteran Dalton who at least gives them some creditability versus losing with Bryce who the entire media will say was let down by his supporting cast when in reality it's Bryce's physical limitations that are holding this team back.
