potential 2nd / 3rd rounder for us

Watched  alot of film on this guy past week . imo i think hes the best fit for us at wr because i believe gettlemans looking for a slot wr. Also this guy has a chance to be the best wr out of this draft class on film he looked better than tredwell,doctson, fuller and sterling shepard .

he has great hands , hes a deep threat and can take a quick pass to the house , catches the ball great in traffic , is a redzone threat as well with his 6 foot 3 height and he can return kicks . he kind of reminds me of a poor mans antonio brown if i had to compare him to any wr in the nfl .

He's got big hands at 9 3/4, very shifty, and broke some of Larry Fitzgerald's school records. Supposedly ran 4.45 at his pro day. I like him and he looks good playing football.

Looking at that video, how would he be better/different that Philly? Couldn't Philly do those same things if Shula used him that way?

If we could get Boyd in the 2nd that'd be a major steal. It's starting to look like we're leaning towards taking a WR or TE in the 2nd or if one doesn't fall or if better BPA falls, in the 4th or 5th judging by our visits. Guys like Tyler Boyd, Sterling Shepherd and Austin Hooper seem to be in play.

Still would rather have Shepard.  We don't really need a #1 with KB.  And think Funch will develop into a solid #2 so no need there at the moment.  Boyd is a guy who potential #1 outside for a team with big needs at WR and a #2 similar to Funch.  We need that slot guy, kinda what Cotch played.  Shepard is exactly what we need.

Concerning comparisons to Philly:  Tyler Boyd is a natural slot WR.  He is better than Brown--he is bigger than brown, has better hands than Brown.

Philly is more of an outside receiver, boyds a slot receiver, boyds 6 foot 3, boyds more of a deep threat , better hands,  better after the catch . There's a big diffrence

I like that kid from that school who did that thing during that one game he went ballistic. Now that kid was something.
