Baylor DE Shawn Oakman is the subject of a rape investigation.

The alleged incident took place Sunday morning. The victim had to be hospitalized, and reported the incident immediately. Police took evidence from Oakman's apartment on Sunday afternoon. Oakman has admitted to having sex with the accuser, but insists it was consensual. Oakman is considered a day-three prospect. He has a history of off-the-field issues, and was kicked off Bill O'Brien's Penn State team in 2012.

I don't think he was on anyone's draft board to begin with. Unless this turns out to be a complete setup, even if he isn't convicted, he won't be drafted at all and will never play in the NFL. Bank on it.

I have seen him listed as a 5T, but he has a past--dropped from a first rounder to a fourth roundish prospect.  Not sure he will be drafted now--Cowboys?

He wont be drafted while charges are pending. If the charges clear though, I'd imagine he would have a nice law-suit on his hands. Habitual bad decision making is hard to cure. Glad we have shown that we steer clear of these types.
