Do we trade up now?

No panic.  If we LOVE a guy at 24 then call the Bengals and offer them two 5ths just as the Broncos and Lions did last year to move up in the late first.  Win/win that would prevent their rival Steelers from getting a CB. Would NOT go higher or pay more than that for anyone.

you guys need to stop hitting the panic button

I'm definitely not panicking. I just think we're in an interesting situation. And I think this draft is going to be wild (as we've already seen with the moves to 1 and 2).

With Josh gone, are we in a position to truly wait for BPA, or do we make a move towards the top of the draft to fill either the hole that he left or an offensive hole?

Is Hargreaves possible?

It took years for Norman to become what he was....you won't fill the 2015 Norman hole in the draft.   You go BPA excluding QB IMO.

True but if BPA's are on equal footing you take the corner now.  Have to.  Bene is coming off injury and Boykin only got a one year deal.

    • yeah, Panther PR has done the Tepper is taking a backseat PR tour before.   It wasn't true at all the first time we saw them attempt that.   All the stuff you are referencing is stuff produced and put out by the Panthers.  I'm not acting like owners aren't in the war room.   I'm just saying Tepper is a proven commodity.  He is what he is.  And his tenure with BOTH his professional sports teams tell the exact same story about him.   He is not patient.  He didn't show patience last year.  He moved on from an absurd investment 2 games into the season.....and a frankly unimaginable turnaround by Bryce that was only allowed by injury reset some things.  I'm sure a billion times Raiders or Dallas or whatever fans convinced themselves their owners turned a new leaf too.  I'm not buying that.  There just isn't anything supporting Tepper isn't Tepper IMO.
    • Well last year the first team offense struggled against the Bills 3rd string defense. First string offense needed to convert a 4th down to score a TD.  If the starters play against backups and do what they are supposed to do, score easily, I’d say the reps are worth it. Would make me feel better. Unlike last preseason.
    • This right here. You also don’t want your 2 nd string oline going against their starting Dline and risk injury to whoever is taking snaps
