Interesting if this has legs . . . but I think it is the team simply being really conservative.  If anything, CAP has a chance to really prove himself while Stew is watching the practice fields from his balcony.

Wegher

I like Wegher, too, but CAP provides that bruising back in the mold of Stew.  Our offense likes those types of guys.

I disagree. CAP lost weight and i see him as more of a change of pace shiftier back. I think Wegher is full steam ahead downhill back.

We will see

His heart isn't the issue.  Nobody can really argue that he's not a beast, when he's on the field.  3 full seasons, out of 8, doesn't mesh well with that assessment though.  That's what makes this news very concerning, for me at least.

RBs get injuries. Oft injured position in the NFL.

Stew hasn't missed a lot of time, dispite your efforts to paint the picture that way.

Stew will be on the field, that I'm not worried about at all.

Unless he completely tore some ligaments in that foot, four months is a pretty long time to still be painful like that.  I'm just hoping we don't get surprise news that he needs some kind of surgery to repair something.

Stupid post is stupid.
