Holy crap, even Terry Bradshaw came out strongly in support of Cam and said that he had become a big "fan".

Glad to see the pressure on the NFL continue.  STILL don't expect them to do jack-poo about it.

Good. The more it is scrutinized and talked about, the more likely it is that they will keep a careful eye on Cam in the future. You let Cam get hit like that again and go uncalled next week and the NFL knows they will have a seriously problem on their hands.

I mean a penalty is a penalty. It shouldn't matter if he's big or he can run. Helmet to helmet is illegal and launching yourself with your helmet is illegal too. If the NFL is serious about protecting their players, they wouldn't pick and choose what to call. Refs need to get fined along with those committing the penalties

The penalty will be 100 bucks for each player that hit Cam. MAYBE a 1 play suspension. Can't wait.

It will become interesting to see what the first roughing the passer penalty will be this Sunday.

It was interesting to see the shocked faces on the Fox pre-game crew when Kurt Menefee told them that Cam was the *only* QB in the league last year to not get a roughing the passer call.

Also of note, Jay Glazer said the Panthers had been in contact with the NFL and was asking for suspensions to be assessed. 

Glazer also said he didn't think it would happen.
