Tom Brady discusses the head shots Cam received

“I don’t know, man,” the New England Patriots quarterback said in a Q&A with Esquire’s Luke O’Neil published Thursday. “Whatever (the referees) call, they call. You can’t change it. You’ve just got to live with it. The last person I have ever criticized is an official. They have a tough job to do. Things are happening so quick. “In the age of television, 5,000 frame per millisecond now, you can see everything and get overly negative and critical of everything. Hopefully that never determines the outcome of what a game would be. Hopefully it balances out over the course of the season.”

LOL at Brady saying "the last person I have ever criticized is an official."

This is the same guy that runs up in the officials faces and cusses them out left and right, but the media says he's being "fiery" and "passionate."

    • I don’t know about floor in a team defense sense but we needed more.  The floor that I am familiar with is our QBs floor and it is so low that every other part of the team needs to be beefed up.     We tried our best to improve these things and I think we did improve the defense and we at least kept the offense  from sinking from no LT.  And ostensibly helped the receivers too.   So we kept a window open that we at least have a chance to improve our record by a game of two.  Which would probably give us the division.

    • Yeah. I am one of. those who think a JAG RB can eat with really good blocking. (Brooks is most important in my mind, in tbe passing game and that is what we’ll lose without him)  There are a lot of aspects to this. The big one that caused us to struggle is Young and his arm scared no one.  Best back, best blocking still cannot defeat a really good defense if they are not forced to respect the pass.  And teams did not.    But, a strong OL and running game Can get us over against weaker defenses.  And if Bryce still doesn’t scare anyone we can still win some games. Like last year  So it is really important to tend to that OL.   Get that straight and see if in his fourth year he can finally back defenses off. That is what if is all about this year to me, on the Bryce front.
