Refs Allow Kicker to be Hit During Non-Play

And the NFL wonders why their ratings are dropping lol.  See, the issue is, whether they're allowing other teams to intentionally attempt to injure our QB or they're genuinely trying to do their job, they are terrible at it.

I like Sherman...  he has spoke up for Cam in the past, and in general, I think he's a standup guy, so i dont think he was intentionally trying to injure the kicker...  that being said, it was still a penalty and should've been called.

Coleman's explanation of why he didnt call it also shows the EGO and arrogance that these refs operate with.  He feels he can interpret and invent the rules as he sees fit, much like they have a different version of rules for Cam versus the set of rules they officiate with for every other QB.  I legitimately hate these inept idiots.

It's pretty ridiculous. Although I have to agree with Trump last night when he said NFL ratings are down because of this election as well. People are enjoying BOTH poo shows.

That was a pretty clear three points for the Bills that can be pinned squarely on the Refs.  And down three late in the fourth is way different than down six...

That was some horrible poo last night.

ref standing on the ball and not letting the play go until there were 4 seconds thus giving Buffalo an automatic delay of game was equally as horrible

Great points.

I constantly hear about how having "full-time refs" is the magical elixir that will fix everything.  My response to that is if referees feel that they "can interpret and invent rules as [they] see fit", then what in the world will full-time refs fix outside of paying them more?  

Because I couldn't agree more... the refs are NOT impartial and they do NOT officiate according to the rules written in the book, but instead officiate by the rules in their own heads.

I cancelled my Sunday Ticket for the first time in over a decade this year.

So, being in Atlanta, the last two weeks I haven't even been able to watch the Panthers.

I'll watch the Panthers games that I can.  The rest of NFL Inc?  They can DIAF.

Between the non-call and the refs standing over the ball, that game was definitely played by the officials. 

I also don't think Sherman intentionally went for the kickers knees. I think that was totally unintentional. I don't think he's a dirty player at all, however like with the Campbell situation and Cam, a penalty is a penalty. That was an easy roughing the kicker with should've given buffalo first and goal. 

The answer isnt in review/replay booths and full time refs, it's in the training.

Actually, I think that they could solve it with the replay review ref being used not just to review calls but to also be able to throw a flag when necessary.

There needs to be more of a penalty for refs clearly getting things wrong, like getting a grade which would affect a season end bonus for them or something. Idk.

There has to be something to what everyone is saying about rigged games.  Too many non calls over the past couple of years is evidence enough.  NFL will have a revolt if they don't fix it.

Last nights game was one of the most horrendously officiated game I've seen in quite some time.  

Sherman is a dick.
