I'm going off what I've read from the Chiefs in the past. They certainly had way better ownership than us (the Hunt family) and neither Reid nor GM Brett Veach is known for being authoritarian. Hell, What reporters were shocked A while back when I asked to read about a personnel situation and he deferred to Veach. So no, nothing I can say definitively. The one thing I do feel comfortable saying about Tepper in that he's been publicly embarrassed by the team's results. And I genuinely believe that's an effective motivational thing for him. -
