What do we do about Ted Ginn this offseason

He's still better than Funchess, but that isn't saying much.

 

Ginn is way to inconsistent for my liking, I would love to bring in Desean Jackson but I doubt it happens.

He's cheap and defenses still respect his speed, so is keep him but similar to what  SJTG4 said, I'd find another WR in his mold and use them both. Speed kills

Don't think DeSean Jackson would be any more consistent. Maybe overall better player but not necessarily more consistent

Ginn still has bad hands... but he can change a game's momentum so quickly with just one play. If anything, we need more speed on our team, not less.

Well, for some reason he is the focal point of our passing attack so I'm inclined to re-sign him now more than I was at the beginning of the year.

I'd be cool with trading Kelvin away for an early pick and drafting that WR out of Clemson in round 1.

keep him. affordable, half-way reliable WR with great speed still that stretches the field. If not for that late drop he would have burnt the D twice for long touchdowns.  Ginn is a team friendly player with a team friendly contract. Retire a Panther Mr. Ginn.

We don't need much....just a fairly one dimensional guy who is fast and can catch.  There are tons of them.  Cam can make a WR that fits that mold in this offense.  He made Ginn almost look decent.

I'm more okay with the drops than I am with the constant looking for the sideline once he has secured the ball (be it in the return game or receiving.)

That said, he's easily our best WR this year, and worth the $2 million or so a year it would cost to bring him back. I'd much rather have Ginn than Dickson, and Dickson makes more money.
