Might be the worst coach to win a SB since Switzer and sadly week 1 he out coached Rivera.



Yeah, no might be about it. He is an awful coach. Im sure the first thing he will do is invite clete blakeman over to the retirement ranch so they can jump in the hot tub together and talk about the super bowl memories.

Kubiak retirement may be over staff changes

So it seems Elway is unhappy with the offense and wants Kubiak to fire some assistants.

Kubiak doesn't want to do so, and Florio points out that a big part of the problem is actually the players - most specifically the OL - put together by...John Elway.

So rather than fire anyone, Kubiak will retire instead.

And then we can all watch a few weeks from now as Elway hires his former head coach's, son to be his next head coach.

Elway to me seems like dan snyder or Jerry jones except that he's a former player
