JR, Rivera and his  staff, Gettleman, have all shown us who they are and right now, it isn't a good look

the next time Rivera talks about 'missed opportunities ', he needs to start with himself 

the question for me is personal and what I will do about it, love the team, have since the inception, but I work too hard for my money to throw it away on incompetence and 'missed opportunities '.   You need look no further than standing pat on two OTs that would not start in those positions on any other team and nothing was done about, one was extended.

He should be fired on the first drive alone. The first drive showed you what the offense could be when we hand it over to Cam, but then after that Shula put the handcuffs back on because that's the way Ron wants it
