Quick tidbit from Voth

It's Deangelo Williams and it is not at all surprising. He did some great things for us, and even greater things for a lot of people outside of football...

But he seems like one of the most petty people I've ever seen with how he has been since his release from here.

For all the poo Jimmy got here, I don't really recall hearing anything bad about him reputation wise.

He took a lot of poo, and kept getting back up. Plus he got us Cam Newton, so yeah.

I guessed Claussen in Jest.   Ever since I found out he came from old Pickle money I try to make him the butt of any joke related to the panthers

This is really not a newsflash though. We've heard similar things before about D-Will.

Not trying to stir the pot (OK,maybe a little bit), but the only big name signing that didn't act publicly butt-hurt when they left here was Pep.  Of course that was during the Hurney Era. ***cough cough***

Black & Blue Review @BlackBlueReview

@tongbb3 @wes_mur FWIW, I’ve covered this team since ‘05, and I don’t know anyone who was as disliked as much as him inside the building.

So who is he discussing?

If you've read his Twitter, you probably already know.

If you don't, care to hazard a guess?

My guess is DeAngelo

But yea Clausen just sucked...can't really hate on someone who sucks and knows they suck and just keeps truckin and tryin without causing issues or getting in trouble.

Peppers talked poo about the Panthers when he left.  Compared to how much he usually talked, he talked more poo than anyone.

No he didn't. The only thing Peppers basically said was that the Panthers did not try to negotiate to keep him in Carolina. He let his play do the talking when he returned. What and where is all the poo Peppers supposedly talked? He was basically defending his position from all the bullshit narratives that fans, including Huddlers, were twisting and concocting to make him appear to be the bad guy.

As far as I'm concerned, he could have said a whole lot more than he did, as well as Smitty and Norman. Deangelo had less right to talk than anyone.

Peppers really didn't talk trash.  He didn't want the team on his shoulders be the man.  He just wanted to play football and didn't have that burden/pressure elsewhere.  That is about the only comment I ever heard him say outside of him just confirming or denying when people did or didn't talk to him

    • Your intelligence is artificial.
    • The Entitlement Paradox: When Winning Isn't Enough for Panther fans.    Just the other season(s) we were praying for wins by any means. Brought in every run of the mill QB you could think of.  We know all sides of the ball was bad like egregious bad. However some how we have won 5 games and TOXIC ENTITLEMENT has emerged.    We are a team that has to take wins by anymeans nothing has changed. Keep pounding means it aint gonna be perfect!!    Some panther fans have now developed a toxic entitlement where even victories feel insufficient, demanding flawless performance, or perfection, which stems from historical success in which we dont have any lol. This mindset poisons communities by fostering relentless criticism, harassment, and ingratitude that undermine team morale and alienate casual supporters. For the new Carolina Panthers, this could manifest as fans booing Bryce Young after gritty wins for low passing yards despite low turnovers, pressuring tepper into premature changes mid-rebuild, or driving away talent through online abuse!! eroding the positive momentum from their recent 4-game streak has brought us. Trust and believe the players do see your toxicity.    Anyways here are some positive stats.      Most Accurate QB on... 20+ Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (79.2%) 2. Sam Darnold (79.2%) 3. Bryce Young (75.0%) 10-19 Yard Throws 1. Jaxson Dart (88.0%) 2. Jayden Daniels (82.9%) 3. Drake Maye (80.7%) 0-9 Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (92.9%) 2. Spencer Rattler (92.6%) 3. Bryce Young (91.7%) @FantasyPtsData
    • Proper stud that would look even better if they could upgrade Scott. And get a resemblance of pressure on the QB
