This is it.  He was always so hyper competitive, and he wanted to be the alpha.  He never helped the younger guys get better.  Smith might be helpful, but there's no way he'd be a coach.    His greatness was his desire to be the best, now that he's kind of proved that I think he just wants to be the best dad.

He will be a high school coach. That would not surprise me at all.

If he is employed by Panthers again I see him more in the broadcasting side of it. He said he wants to be with family more going forward. Coaching takes up more time than a player. Really doubt it will ever happen.
