With the off-season in full-swing, I thought I'd do the due diligence of ensuring every Huddler is well aware of important off-season dates this 2017 season. These dates all apply to key draft, free agent, workouts, and camps that are upcoming this year.

Please note the dates and information are sourced from here.

Schedule release usually happens mid April as well. One of my favorite off-season days.

If Atlanta wins today they will almost certainly host Dallas to open Arthur's Anus on Thursday night.  If that scenario happens it isn't inconceivable to think the Panthers may open up at New England in a prime time spot. The only other teams on the pats schedule that may be considered would be the Texans (yawn) and the Chiefs.

If the Pats win, it's a virtual certainty that the pats will open with Atlanta at home in a rematch of super bowl 51.

This should be stickied ..

God we got a hell of a game in the College National Championship and an insane comeback in the Super Bowl. May not have been a good year for our team but there were some great games to watch.

So within the next three months we have the combine , free agency, and the draft. Plenty of poo to keep us occupied until the summer hits, and we're stuck in the real offseason then untl the hall of fame stuff and preseason starts in August.

    • I'm right there with you, brother. I've been a Panther fan since the day the team was awarded to the Carolinas.  We've had some good years, a couple of great years, as well as some low periods and no consecutive winning seasons. But I never thought I'd see such a period as we have over the past several years.   It has gotten to the point of being rather apathetic in watching them. In fact, I told my wife before the Miami game I was watching just to see what new and creative way they lose another game. And early on, it looked like they would. But damned if Miami wasn't more creative than the Panthers.   I'm now older than my Dad when he died (he was 65) and, like you, I've wondered if I'll ever see them have another winning season. I'd sure like to think I will.
    • again, I am not his employer, I dont follow his stuff or read any of it including social media, but he has been employed long enough where someone thinks he is doing a good job, not disagreeing he isnt an moron but I am not calling for anyones job for being a moron when it really doesnt affect me
