I mean, I don't know what they are expecting. He was over-drafted in the first place as far as I'm concerned. Seems to me like they would have jumped on it, but I guess trading seconds was a bit much.

has to do with saving money on contract stuff yada yada yada. Also this draft class is fuging deep so there will be very good players at 32. That would give the Saints 2 good first rounders. They are foolish for turning it down

It's very rare that you get more for trading a player than you invested in them.

Not really, the saints just want multiple first round picks.

Cooks is a proven commodity, nobody in this draft can say the same
