No idea, but they've been 7-9 4 of the past 5 years so it's not like the talent they sign is ever worth a damn.

They've been in cap hell the last 3 years, like worst cap situation in the NFL, its why they got rid of Jimmy Graham. Heck they still have 19m in dead money now, last year I believe they were closer to 40m

Does anyone know our remaining cap space?  I saw a graphic where we started the day with $25.8mm.  Assuming Kalil is around $10mm and the rookie class takes $6mm, it looks like we are already below $10mm we can actually spend.

If Gman likes to keep a reserve of $4mm it seems like we might only have $6mm currently to spend unless some deals are restructured.

If we draft Fournette, Stewart would be expendable and save 6m, and Oher post June 1st would be 4.5. That's 10m we could clear really fast, I think we started today around $30m tho we won't know anything till some of these contracts get announced.

Check out their draft history. Always drafting average/below avg players assures you from never signing them to big extensions.

It's all about how you structure contracts.

Cutting Byrd free'd up a poo ton of money. It's really not rocket science, you guys act like it's impossible to work around the cap. Just because our GM sits on his hands and waits for these contracts to expire doesn't mean that's the only option.
