Tis true....except there was another party in there who you ignored. We didn't drop a deuce. We trip-dipped on that one.

I'll take 2/3

even so, I can't look at Sanchez in a vacuum like that. Just isn't fair. I'd like to see him this year after bulking up. Unfair to expect a 5th rounder to come up in here and do well with a poor pashrush and little mentoring all the while a major Superbowl hangover is occuring.

let Captain coach him up

Would wonder how he expects the offense to function. Would be upset about ignoring Cam (again) in the draft. Need some younger play makers.

I really feel the system failed the players, not that the players failed the system..

the system can be damn good when a good rythm is set and team vibe and chemistry is on point. Due to the Superbowl loss, all that poo was off kilter

To each their own. I believe we are one Jonathan Stewart injury or KB injury away from missing the playoffs. It is still early though hopefully they fix that in the draft.

I disagree. If our chemistry is on point and so is our rythm we will be a very good team. We had shitty recievers in 2015. If we all are in sync as a team, we are very dangerous and dynamic. We were straight up out of sync last season. My .02 anyway

that said, I'm all for adding weapons

    • Lil Stanky 100% in the dot tonight... And our 2nd line has been our best offensive line this season. Maybe our 2C really was on the roster this whole time...?
    • That’s a grade I kind of expected tbh. I’m not a huge fan of NS, but he’s not as bad as what the huddle says he is minus the horrible game he had vs the Rams. I’ve always thought he’s often used as a scapegoat. The improved pass rush should hide his deficiencies a little bit better if he’s the game one starter. FS might have to be a position we punt on this year unless Thieneman falls to us at 19. The reality is, you're going to have a few average players in certain spots for a team with as many holes we had before free agency started. You can’t sign everyone.
    • I am by no means trying to say he's a world beater. I'm saying it's trending in the right direction. Especially when measured against himself.i think the team feel the same way or else they wouldn't have picked up his option. Plus I think there is a new idea in the NFL about these young QBs. Teams give up to soon. Browns gave up to soon on baker same with the jets on Geno and darnold. Maybe they are who you thought they were in the draft process and they need more time to develop than you originally planned. Either way. I do think he is as capable as darnold is as far as you can win a championship with him. And something he does have that darnold doesn't is he is clutch.  If I need one more drive and 2 mins to go I'm betting on Bryce and I am far from a homer, just going off his game winning drives. He has that dog in him on the last drive.
