This isn't the trade scenario I would like. I want two 1st rounders - not moving up to #2 for Thomas.

Doubt it's much. Unless the Browns plan on passing Myles Garrett, there's no way we're going that high.

Yeah.  As much as I'm sure the Panthers like Fournette, the only reason they would move up to #2 is to take Myles Garrett.

At least I would hope so anyway.  A defense with Garrett and Kuechly would be set.

Imagine this:

Addison Peppers Short Garrett on a package, or even having Garrett and Peppers/Addison on our edges.

Geez, our defense would be unstoppable.

I just took a look at the draft pick value chart supposedly used to value each draft pick, and it was staggering what it would take to move up that high

Wait I thought we hadn't even finished evaluating the defensive players yet. The trading up rumor is bogus.

I can understand why the 49ers would do this but not so much us.

The Niners could still draft Lattimore at 8 or they could still get first crack at the QB's at 8. A team still rebuilding would benefit from the extra picks. 

The only way I make this move is if it's for Myles and hell, even then I'm still somewhat questioning it. We need offense so badly and moving up to 2 would basically eliminate all hope of finding a offensive playmaker this draft.
