Now to be clear, the fact that Boulware wasn't actually here in 2016 is a technicality. He sees himself as a Panther, so what happened to them happened to him.

This guy is as throwback as throwback gets. TD and Luke are going to love him. He just wants to hit somebody. He doesn't have the measurables, but he's got more than enough want-to. He seems like a victim of the process to a degree in terms of teams looking for athletic freaks and not football players. Hopefully he has enough speed to play, because he's damn sure willing.
