I love players that sleep, live, and breath football. Ben Boulware is that guy. Hold on to your roster spot back up LB's because Boulware is coming.

I don't think he overtakes Mayo. His best shot is to beat out Ben Jacobs.

A guy with that much fire can be a terror on special teams. And he'll light a fire under the guys who think they're above him on the LB depth chart.

With our run of injuries, if he makes the practice squad he is one injury away from the regular squad. And yes Virginia, injuries are a real part of football and talking about them isn't bad karma.

I will hold judgement until he is on the field and getting aggressive with the team. Love the motor, but that guy is just asking for a smackdown from someone a bit more seasoned.

I think the versatility of CMC and Samuel may allow the team to keep one less WR. This would open up a spot elsewhere for a guy who could make a difference on ST....which my cousin definitely could.

Definitely hope he makes it...for several reasons.

I don't think he has to beat out Mayo or Jacobs OR Cash. He just needs to beat out Jared Norris. Norris was an UDFA last year that made the team for special teams. He was fine on special teams, but 7 linebackers on a 53 man roster is traditional: Kuechly, Davis, Thompson, Cash, Jacobs, Mayo, Boulware. That seems completely reasonable to me. Don't forget that Klein is gone.
