According to pff Cam is better under pressure than in a clean pocket

It's PFF so take it with a grain of salt. But according to them Cam has the biggest discrepancy in terms of passing in a clean pocket and under pressure. Him and Kizer are the only QB in the NFL have a higher rating when pressured.

They say players often take on the personality of their coaches.

If this is true, I guess that's happened.

This tells me 2 things.

1) He’s doing a solid job of recognizing blitzes and finding the holes in the coverage that one horrible sack last week not withstanding

2) Our WRs suck because they can’t get open when the defense drops 7.

This is a positive sign at least as it applies to Cam.

Cam suffers from TTPS also known as Turnstile Tackle Paranoia Syndrome. It is known all to well for QBs that have weak tackles to the point of not knowing when one has a clean pocket.

He's ranked 36th among available QBs with a clean pocket.
