I'll be in the building come Sunday. IMO the Lions are the class of the NFC. Should be a good one to watch. I'm confident.

Why you there? I mean, why a Lions game? Seems a strange game to pick to watch the Panthers play. Just curious.

One of my good buddies from college recently moved to the Detroit area and I've yet to visit him there. I've also never been to the state of Michigan...seemed like a good opportunity to go.

I'm really torn on that. So many levels to this, lol.

Looking at all the replays from all angles, his knee was down, but there is no single video frame that shows knee down, contact and short of the goal line all at the same time. Since the ruling was a TD, there needs to be clear visual evidence to overturn. They aren't supposed to look at multiple angles and draw a single conclusion based on that. The burden of proof is all the elements being clearly visible from a single angle, and they weren't.

That being said, if he had simply been ruled short on the field, who knows what would have happened, but the opportunity for another play at least existed.

That run off was like watching the doctor about to perform a life saving procedure on your grandma, but at the last minute just pulling the plug instead.

Side note, Dean Blandickhole can suck an entire burlap sack full of donkey dongs.....

As a LIons fan, you have to wonder when these type of things will end? Not sure if the Megatron overturn was much different from this. But man, the Lions sure do find some God awful ways to lose.

Anyway, good luck this week. As a life long Lions fan, I hate having to root against them this week. But, I am a Panther fan now, and I have to stay true to my school. I mean team.

you sound like you'd fit right in as a Panthers fan. lol. sure you dont wanna change allegiances?

And give up nearly 40 years of having my heart ripped out of my chest, pulling all my hair out and constantly yelling "WTF??" at the TV?

Being a Lions fan builds more character than F Scott Fitzgerald and Ernest Hemingway surrounded by 1000 typewriters on a weekend cocaine bender.

We do the same thing, just not with 40 years of experience. And we do it on bigger stages. Twice in the Superbowl

Lions currently 2nd in the league in total interceptions and a top 10 defense against the run.  Their overall defensive yards allowed and pass yards allowed is mediocre though.

If we get Kalil and Samuel back somehow this week , that will make a gigantic difference.
