I get that playing the "objectivist" card seems like a great way to boost your cred in the long haul but doing it here just make a you look like a dweeb

"rabble rabble I can't believe Olsen is gonna *watch* their game rabble rabble how would you feel if other players could watch our game rabble rabble"

There really is none. The Vikings just voiced concern to the NFL about the access he will have since they are playing against each other soon and commentators get a lot of access leading up to calling a game. NFL said he will not be given any "backstage" access. Vikings said "ok cool, but we still don't like it".

NFL analysts discuss the unique situation. Huddle goes into partial tailspin.

Is there really more info out there for Joe Buck than what Greg Olsen can get from the Panthers, and from watching film?

That's what I don't get....but you are correct...seems like petulance.

I think commentators attend team practices leading up to a game, but the NFL has already said Olsen will be kept away from all that behind the scenes prep-work that would be questionable.

Olsen should be in a different game. It's shortsighted for fox to put him in the vikings game when we play them in a few weeks. Minnesota should be upset. This would be a huddle meltdown if Kyle Rudolph was doing one of our games

I would likely not even notice.

Now you can translate that as either I don't care or I'm just a sleepy old man lol.

this is way less worse than belichick scooping up practice squad guys before playing a team

Olsen isn't going to get any information our coaches won't have access to via game tape.

Greg's job is to take a look at the game tape and talk about it (not sure if he can do this though). While he is watching the game he will talk about it as well right

I've seen your opinion on many things on here.. I don't really care what you think makes someone look like a dweeb.

If this was reversed, the huddle would be going crazy and rivera would be complaining at every presser

lol.  Olsen is going to watch the tape 20 times on this game regardless if he is in the booth....which gives him greater knowledge than talking in a booth about the game.

fake outrage.   Sports people simply need stuff to talk about
