Win or lose, will Pep be back next year?

The man still has the motor and seems to have the desire to keep playing. Has he lost a step? Sure we all do with age.....still better then many guys ten years younger. What's the take on 2018....will he be back and should he be back? New ownership coming and hopefully a GM also...will they see it the same way?

Before the year I would have said this may be his last.  Looking at his performance this year and how they have essentially allowed him to practice and play when he wants, I could see him coming back in order to take 3rd on the sack list, if nothing else

I think he will...6 more sacks and he passes Kevin Greene all-time on the sacks list. But if we know Pep like we do he probably doesn't put much stock in such things.  But it would be cool to see him in the Top 3 All-Time!

I think he'll come back just to add a few more sacks to his number and, to echo what SOJA said, he does seem to be having fun this season.

BTW, mention this to some of your non-Carolina Panther fan friends....

3 of the top 5, and 4 of the top 11 NFL all-time sack leaders wore Carolina Panther uniforms: Reggie White, Kevin Greene, Julius Peppers and Jared Allen.
