They run the same Air Coryell long developing offense and Norv isn't a hall of famer and only has a good reputation because he had one of the greatest collections of offensive talent in NFL history with the early 90s Cowboys.

DeFillipo would be my choice out of that list, lets hope hes too raw to get a HC job but comes here to work with Cam. I just hope to God its not Ron Turner. He is not good, and was already was brought on as a consultant this season and look where we are now....

We don't need to change schemes though. Just someone who calls better plays within that scheme. That's what has been killing us. Norv has better situational awareness than Shula.

The guy was an outstanding OC. Much like Josh McDaniels with the Broncos he was handed a job he was simply not ready for. I wouldn’t hate it.

At least if it is Norv, he's not likely to be hired away as a HC.

 

Same with Del Rio as DC, I guess.
