Well it was agreed in theory at one point and then later I think it was made official, though I'm not 100% sure with reporting these days...

 Honey these bad things happened to these people because they say bad things you have to be responsible for your actions you can't just say what the fug you want and not be held accountable people don't need to stay off of social media because they need to be held accountable for their ignorance  and or bad things that they say. 2) Noticed that said athlete makes a significant change and becomes concerned.
