"They took their foot off the gas when they had a lead."

"They switched from aggressive man coverage to a soft zone."

"They looked lackadaisical in the second half."

"They should have gone for it on fourth and one."

Two glaring differences between us and Jacksonville when it comes to New England:

Their defense was holding up pretty well and Gronk was taken out of the game; trusting the defense that got you there was not a terrible decision (although I thought they should go for it on 4th down that time as well). The Patriots just always figure out just enough to win.

But seriously, the turning point was when the Jags got that delay of game penalty on a late 2nd quarter play that would've resulted in a first down. In retrospect, that was a 10 point swing that favored the Pats.

I'm not one to blame the refs, but Myles Jack's fumble recovery being blown dead when it shouldn't have been certainly didn't help.
