You made a excellent point in the other thread about my homer glasses as far as defense and the secondary, which I've been meaning to address I completely agree with your assessments but then I think with a better pass rush better DT's less CJ more anybody groomed up under Eric(Hall/Cox) we should be able to reproduce those sack totals which is why I have so much faith in Ron and the D because he's knows how to field a strong unit regardless the overall players Luke/KK usually allow leeway in other positions.

Outside of a couple outlets, I have zero doubt our Dline is being slept on. Honestly I'd prefer we were under the radar. I like the underrated aspect.

KK: xPro Bowler/xSecond team All Pro

Poe: xPro Bowler/xSecond team All Pro

Pep: Future HOF ...aging but he shows up...

Addison: 20+ sacks the last two seasons (Most on the team) and currently tied for 1st in the NFL in Qb pressures at DE. 

The Star and Charles Johnson moves should immediately make us better. And I agree, Addison is underrated.

I honestly think Mario Addison is one of the most underrated players in the league, hell even among our own fanbase. The guy's a stud. He's an absolute salary cap bargain for what we get out of him vs. what other good pass rushers command. Peppers too for that matter.

Agreed. Usually guys who rack up 10 sacks a year on average get paid big bucks

      I agree but he honestly has gotten better about this. Used to be he’d do it like 4-5 times a game, now it’s like 2-3. Overall I’m incredibly happy with his game, his D has been solid and when he is playing his role he’s a solid scorer and one of the few guys who can consistently finish at the rim and provide that threat. Plus he’s electric and LaMelo loves him. Going into the season I was sure he would just be a stop gap here but now I’m reconsidering and could see him continue to be a “core” piece here. Obviously not on the level of the other starters but he is an important cog for this team. We felt his missed presence during his and Moose’s suspensions.

      Philly will be a bigger challenge than the Knicks were IMO. George and Embiid are back, not sure about Maxey but Embiid alone is a nightmare matchup for us and Moose. We’ve never really done well against him. Celtics added Tatum but honestly not sure they’re all that much better with him right now than they were when we whooped them a few weeks ago. We should be able to at the very least split these 2, hopefully take both.
