First Trip Out to Los Angeles

Waiting to board, and who comes through with 10 kids busting through rows of people like he's ready to go but Ryan Kalil himself.

Didn't try to talk or take a picture considering I know the stress of carrying a 2 year old, 5 year old, 10 year old and whatever else ages there are around and trying to keep them happy.

Cool story bro if you want.

I bumped into Kalil 4 years ago at CMC when he had his son/daughter.  Kalil, his wife and baby were discharged as we were given a tour.  The nurse stopped Kalil and his wife without knowing who they were and asked them to discribe their experience to us.  So there was Kalil explaining me his experience.

I saw Heather Locklear and her daughter at a Starbucks.

Good Luck at the 7/11’s. Don’t carry cash my friend.

Have yet to go to a 7/11. Though I anticipate finding the Circle K in San Dimas on my way back to LAX.

    • I agree but he honestly has gotten better about this. Used to be he’d do it like 4-5 times a game, now it’s like 2-3. Overall I’m incredibly happy with his game, his D has been solid and when he is playing his role he’s a solid scorer and one of the few guys who can consistently finish at the rim and provide that threat. Plus he’s electric and LaMelo loves him. Going into the season I was sure he would just be a stop gap here but now I’m reconsidering and could see him continue to be a “core” piece here. Obviously not on the level of the other starters but he is an important cog for this team. We felt his missed presence during his and Moose’s suspensions.
    • Philly will be a bigger challenge than the Knicks were IMO. George and Embiid are back, not sure about Maxey but Embiid alone is a nightmare matchup for us and Moose. We’ve never really done well against him. Celtics added Tatum but honestly not sure they’re all that much better with him right now than they were when we whooped them a few weeks ago. We should be able to at the very least split these 2, hopefully take both.
