At what position would you want a free agent signing?

So, we're now past the halfway point of training camp and there have been a whole bunch of padded practices.

Which position, if any, do you feel we really need to add a free agent?

Not sure who’s going to be available but the o-line is in the worst shape. We have Kalil and possibly Amini starting on the left side, another Kalil who probably won’t last 1/2 the season and a huge question mark at RT

The real question is, what value is left up for grabs at the aforementioned positions? Quality>Quantity every time.

This is pretty much what I think, too.

But, it very much depends on who's available.

I'm not sure we're good enough at QB2, but I'd guess if we needed a QB for more than 1 game during the season, we'd work a trade.

I will wait till after the 2nd preseason game before freaking out. I am not against bringing in an OG or CB if there is a solid one year player cut for cap vs production reasons on another team. I am very unimpressed with the left side of the line at this point but I'm still holding out hope a player is improving in training camp.

Anything on the Oline. If the last 2 years have taught them anything, its that you cant have too much oline depth. Especially when your starting oline isnt that good in the first place.

Cam is gonna get killed behind this OL so we'd better bring in a good backup QB or two that can stitch together some wins while he gets healthy.

I could see QB but ultimately it doesn't matter... if Cam goes down we're done. So why waste cap space and possibly get a worse draft pick with a veteran backup that is cut? Only one I'd consider is Bridgewater since we could have a chance with him and he know Norv's offense, but I wouldn't trade for him nor pay him much...
