That video, and all it represents, tells you all you need to know.

This owner cares. A lot. And he’s not afraid to show it.

That’s new. 

The wins may come fast, or they may not. Time will tell. What’s undeniable is Tepper’s willingness to do all the little things better than the competition.

This is Debartalo-level stuff. And I’m stoked. For my kids. For my dad and brother. For my friends here, and elsewhere.

For me, a middle-aged kid who never grew up. 

This video. It means the world.

I feel like the video is less of Tepper’s doing and more of the new team president. Regardless, props to Tepper for understanding that putting the right people in the top positions trickles down. This breath of fresh air is one of the best things to ever happen to this franchise

      At this point the Tepper's seem to be leading you around by the nose based on how much time you spend carrying water for them so I'm not surprised you're struggling. We are the only team who saw fit to install Andy Dalton with his zero career playoff wins as a culture cornerstone and a key mentor. Even the putrid Saints wanted no parts of that. Truth hurts 🤷‍♂️

      They have drafted two QB's since they took Hurts in the 2020 Draft. Tanner McKee(6th - 2023) and Kyle McCord(6th - 2025). In that span we have drafted Bryce Young(1st - 2023) and Matt Corral(3rd - 2022). Technically, we have invested significantly higher draft capital on QB's(albeit one less than they). It's not the investement that is the issue, it's the results. Corral was literally not a rosterable player with a THIRD ROUND PICK. We gave up a king's ransom for Bryce to basically get Davis Mills results(so far).

      No QB from the draft or free agency was going to change this being a losing season for us. I mean we’re rebuilding, everything we’re doing is meant to be for winning tomorrow.
