okay ron rivera's backup plan if it was 4th and 1 was to have Cam QB sneak the ball

Of course even after clocking the ball on first down, the ball wasn't snapped for the field goal until there was 1 second on the play clock. If setting up for that field goal had taken 1 more second, Gano would have had to kick that from 68.

And then nobody has talked about the fact that we had at least 3 timeouts in the game called because the playclock had run out, one of those in the second half. Had we not had to waste that timeout then Gano wouldn't have had to kick it from Greensboro with only 1 second on the play clock to win the game.

Teams are supposed to win because of their coach. Yesterday felt like they won in spite of the coach.

We already knew this he's had years of evidence to showcase his ineptitude and our guys during the 2 minute drill always look as lost as Rivera actually is. This bozo blundered 15-1 talent when all he and Shula had to do were get out of the way. And there he still is cluelessly being carried by two all time greats while holding everyone down and still not starting the best talent.

Gano's amazing kick really saved the coaching staff from getting absolutely dragged for that draw call on 3rd and 1 with only 25 seconds to go and no timeouts while on the very distant fringes of hail Mary FG range. It was an absolutely moronic and indefensible call. I get it, we thought we were going to to catch them off guard and CMC was going to scamper for 10-15 yards and get out of bounds to setup a much more reasonable FG attempt. The issue with that play call is exactly what we saw. What if it doesn't work? Now you're between a rock and a hard place. Do you throw a hail Mary to the endzone or do you try a hail Mary FG? Gano saved their asses.

That was some classic John Fox bullshit right there. We've seen it fail a thousand times as Panther fans.

Those calls actually worked out some times though. That wasn't even a proper draw play. It's like sometimes we have Cam do a play fake to a RB that's not even there...this team does some random ass poo on offense in the 2 minute drill. You literally never see that type of dufus goofy boobery in other NFL games. Even when other teams are failing they are moving quickly and spiking the ball to stop the clock etc.

The Giant mb took the loss better then we did with a win.

A fanbase with multiple rings, they know it's about more than a simple win in early October.

Meanwhile this fanbase still acting like an expansion team. "Hey but we won gaiz don't matter that this poo will cost us when it counts"

Giants know what's up they've been there before multiple times, not sweating a 1/100 if that good of odds 63 yard FG. But yea yall celebrate that 1-4 team we beat and keep playing down to the competition and Rivera doing Rivera things.

AHAHAHHAHAHAHA

Another play runs the clock out you moron. You know...like the FG on the play after did.

hahahahahaha

Don't interrupt that that guy being impressed with himself. He's consistently just a smug asshole. I have no idea why he sticks around. The majority of his posts offer nothing but ridicule of others. The next original thought he produces will be the first.

Careful saying these things.  I mean we’re 3-1 so apparently there can be no flaws.  Especially coaching flaws.

Mm, no. No that's not what most people are saying.

A lot of people know Rivera has flaws, however there's not a signle coach, in any sport, who doesn't have flaws.

But so many people are quick to want Ron out like any successor wouldn't have flaws that would drive us insane. Like he wouldn't have any coaching flaws that wouldn't inevitably cost us games. Like he wouldn't be outcoached.

The Panthers have been at their best under Ron Rivera. Flaws and all, he's been a good coach for us. Sure people are gonna scream CAM AND LUKE CARRY US while blindly ignoring all the Ron has done for us. The locker room and leadership that he's brought. Even in the worst of seasons he's never lost this team once. God forbid we talk about how he kept this team focused during the massive fuging distraction that was last season.

People say he's unchanging and dumb because he wouldn't do what they would've done, while ignoring things he has gotten better and changing about (ex: people say he'd start Amini, and despite him calling Amini a starter the week leading up to the cowboys game, he didn't. People bitch about him not starting rookies, despite starting Jackson and ignoring that he's said, multiple times, that Moore's snap count will go up and up and woah, looks like it has been.) And sure, in some cases you may be right, but right now, this team is 3-1 one of only 4 NFC teams above .500, right now Ron Rivera 68-57-1 as a head coach, which considering where we were as a team when he came here, is honestly no small fear.

So I ask you (and @*FreeFua* since he's one of the loudest and most self assured Rivera Sucks wagoners around here.) Find me a fanbase that thinks their coach is flawless, find me a head coach that has absolutely zero flaws and has never made a coaching mistake and has always learned from every mistake he's ever made even if it costs his team games.

Otherwise find a new slant, this poo old.
