Strong indictment of the coaching staff

Second week in a row we've looked like straight trash when trying to execute the game plan, then we take off once we revert to "please save us, Cam!" mode.

But I'm not sure if it's fair to say "staff" here. It might just take us getting down big for Ron to let Norv open up the offense.

I just don't understand Ron's mentality. If we play like we did in the 4th all game long, we could dominate the league. But Ron continues to hold this team back.

Seriously, mix in a little no huddle.  Open the playbook up.  Do SOMETHING different.  Being a night and day team for the first three quarters compared to the fourth makes no sense, and backs up everything in the OP.

I was thinking the same thing. This once and for all proves..  We have the players to win games, but have a HC which are holding them back.

Basically, Rivera needs to let the offense operate in the same manner in which it operated in 2015. That offense was wide open, and the players had a blast running that offense.

Not just the offense.  We finally brought pressure on defense in the 4th and look at how well they played.  I would rather get burned every once in a while then watch teams march down the field and score on every possession!
