I would be surprised.  Tepper seems to be responsive to the fan's opinions and he has to know what Sam Mills means to this team.  Could RR convince Tepper that SMIII was a problem?

We were not great at getting pressure with the Dline this year.  Was that on Mills, the age/talent of the players, or the defensive scheme overall.  Personally I doubt Mills was the problem, but I could also see us as fans giving him more credit than deserved because of what his dad meant to the team.  Like we did with Proehl.

Was thinking about that. If he does that he better send his nephew with him. Only way Mills should go is if the entire defensive side of the ball goes.

I’d prefer to keep Mills and Russ.

Does anyone believe that Rivera would let go of Richard Rodgers? Or Eric Washington?

If LaCanfora is right and Tepper is pressuring Rivera to make staff changes, then he's going to need another scapegoat to keep from having to fire Rodgers or Washington.

About he only other guy left that's a possibility is Steve Russ. There's actually no real cause to fire him either. In fact, he's arguably the weakest choice of any of them.

But if you have to find a way to cover for Richard Rodgers and Eric Washington, well then somebody's gotta go.

Really hope it doesn't play out this way, but sadly, it's possible.
