Would you draft this guy?

Sub Zero

He was in high school. A deranged woman, who was later charged with trespassing and assault and committed, came into their family's yard and attacked his sister. He pulled her off struck her several times and let her go. He was charged with a misdemeanor. Since that time he has become an All American, All SEC Academic team member, performed numerous acts of community service and has been a model citizen. No run ins with the law before or after. The MSU Defensive Line Coach that coached him and Kansas City's Chris Jones said that their talent is equal. Anyone who does their homework will get a Fletcher Cox/Chris Jones dominator. CBS has him listed as the 7th best player in the draft. If he is available at 16, you run down to the podium and enter his name.

And there is zero in common between Simmons and Hardy. Simmons has one event. Hardy was known as a weird guy in college, and never performed to his hype. He would dominate one game and slack off the next several. Simmons has been dominant since starting as a freshman. Two totally different guys and players.

@juliosantos pooing anyone is the definition of ironic.

Guys,  no one is saying the kid doesn’t deserve a chance. All I’m saying is if you look at the D-line across the board we have had poo luck drafting higher round talent with question marks off the field.

Would you rather we draft a solid guy with no history or a potential elite guy with a history and he’s not even on the roster the next time they drop a video of him doing some dumb poo when he was 16?

I would, sure. Run a professional football team to win football games, not care about public perception. Worked out for the Chiefs and Hill, and Bengals and Mixon.

And it worked out for the Panthers and Hardy and the Ravens with Rice and for the Chiefs and Hunt.  Since teams are about composure, teamwork, sacrifice, self discipline, and loyalty, when you evaluate for character, you ARE running a professional football team.

Man, woman or beast will get these hands or worse if they attack my sister. And anybody that doesn't like it can essentially fug off.

At 16 thru 22.. Yeah anybody is getting the hands if you're smashing my sister.. At my age now I will work real hard at separating them in that situation.. Very aggressively but I wouldn't give a girl the hands now...

A dude is getting curb stomped. Lol

He didn't just attempt to protect a family member. He was repeatedly punching a female who was not directing anything in return. The psychologist that he had to talk to stated that his actions were disturbing. I'd make sure my investment was minimal.

For every Hill there are several Reuben Fosters.

If he did it once, he'll do it again. Especially if you throw a bunch of money at him and he starts feeling invincible. These guys never learn. I'm not sure putting anyone on the team that has a history of beating women. They can rot in hell for all I care

I hit a girl because she bit me on the back. I was 7 at the time, and I know girls mature quicker than boys, but come on!
