Yeah good luck with that happening buddy. Jeezus, they need to just take the L and move on.

I'm sure we as a fanbase wouldn't just take the L and move on. We would be bitching about it years later. Lawsuit is stupid, but the NFL really needs to figure out a way to not let a game be won/loss by a horrifically moronic call/no-call. Officiating has really become a laughing stock.

Problem is that buying a season ticket doesn't give you the right to a fair game with no mistakes simply a seat and entrance into the game which they got. This fairness thing that people have these days is so overblown. This suit has zero chance to go anywhere

If memory serves, the court has to allow them to file the suit.  Sadly, this ties up court resources and is one of the reasons that legitimate civil suits take so long.  I hope they throw this out quickly.

I would love to replay Super Bowl 50 from the Cotchery catch or allow Kasay to rekick the final kickoff in Super Bowl 38...

Life ain't fair, and it just doesn't work that way... swamp rats need to move on

Rule needs to be changed to make everything reviewable. But you aint changing the past

My brother who is an attorney said you can be sued for any reason legitimate or not. The burden is on who ever brings the case to prove they have legitimate standing and grounds to bring the suit. Without an injunction, by the time this was settled it will be next year if it went to trial.

What a bunch of babies. This poo happened to us in the SB with Cotchery and we moved past it. New Orleans fans are just so used to the NFL protecting Brees and gifting them W's that they dont know what to do when it finally happens to them.

    • Per Bill Barnwell  Broncos part ways with a CB on the roster bubble Broncos get: 2026 seventh-round pick Panthers get: CB Damarri Mathis The Broncos have a rare problem among NFL teams: too many cornerbacks. ESPN's Jeff Legwold projects they could move on from Mathis, who was very good as a rookie in 2022 before losing his starting job after the defense's slow start in 2023. He played just 27 defensive snaps after Week 6 that season and 80 more across 10 games in 2024. With the Broncos using their 2025 first-round pick on cornerback Jahdae Barron, they could justify moving on from Mathis, who might not be active on game days even if he sticks around. Mathis' best season came with defensive coordinator Ejiro Evero in Denver, and he hasn't been able to reach those same heights since Evero left for Carolina. The Panthers are set with Jaycee Horn, Mike Jackson and nickel corner Chau Smith-Wade as their three starting corners, but Mathis could push the 28-year-old Jackson and serve as Carolina's primary reserve on the outside. Mathis is owed $3.4 million in 2025, so Denver might essentially buy a draft pick by eating some of that cash, similar to what the Commanders did when they sent running back Brian Robinson Jr. to the 49ers.
    • They can get fuged for a 6th and 7th. Doesn't make sense for us for anything less than a 4th and them paying a majority of his salary.
