When Hurney and RR were in an interview about the players we picked up a question was asked about not getting safety and hurney's answer was one didn't fall to us. How can he say that when safeties were by the handful right at our disposal but none fell to us according to him.

He was too buys picking up a backup QB and an iffy backup RB. We still had opportunities to choose one last year as well.

Look about safety, I think they went with BPA and picking a mediocre safety over a high ceiling player may be a reach.  They know it’s still an area of need so someone will get signed.
