I hope the competition  between  Scarlett and Holyfield is legitimate and I don't expect them to push Whittaker out the door as he's the only one who can partially replicate what McCaffery does. He also has STs value which Artis-Payne does not.

I also think the Panthers are high on Seymour at CB, so I’d predict him to make the roster over Doss who we’ve kept on the Practice Squad for extended periods of time and outright cut at least once.

I don’t believe if it’s a true competition fozzy   makes it this year. But RR likes him some vets that have limited ability. Probably keep fozzy and store a rook rb on ps for Belicheat to Poach

I'm sorry, I don't think we'll see Cox on the roster by the end of training camp. He just seems like a project that never developed completely, while Obada seems to still be developing.

You can’t just have 4 down linemen. Bryan Cox Jr has to be on that list or not at all. He can’t play the OLB

Need at least 5-6 at DT/DE, team will want to be two deep at NT and DE. I think they move Obada or Cox Jr down to 3-4 end or pick someone up in free agency. Edge looks right except I think both Obada and Cox Jr make the team and they cut a player from somewhere else. 

Maybe only carry two QB's or cut Smith and only carry 5 wr.

Typical 3-4 team will carry six or seven defensive linemen. Generally that's structured as being two deep at both defensive end spots and two or sometimes three deep at nose tackle.

It varies, of course. I've seen 3-4 teams carry five defensive ends before. Hell, one year the Steelers opened the season with ten linebackers on their roster.
