    • Why are we discussing this? Series finale of Game of Thrones is tonight.

Seeing Rivera's defense against them last year was pretty encouraging. I'd say it depends on Cam's health for sure.

That and the Bucs/Falcons are almost just as unknown as we are heading into this season. Weren't good last year but still have several talented players and the bucs just got a new HC that could change things dramatically.

I'd say the Saints in general though are running out of time. Brees is 40 and could drop off physically at any point in time.

I think the point in which he retires is going to be when they either win a Super Bowl or have a really bad season. It seems pretty clear he wants to go out winning a title but he has also spoken about retiring. It will be interesting to see which happens first. I do think that he will be fine physically for a few more years, I am just not sure he is going to want to chase that title forever.

It would be fuging AMAZING to run through the division next year and see them miss the playoffs. I honestly think he might retire at that point.

Someone beat me to it,..

but the directors of Game of Thrones deserve,..

Dracarys

that is all.

It's been downhill since they ran out of the authors works to draw from and had to do their own. Then they just did lazy fuging Hollywood writing and abandoned everything that was even remotely similar to Martin's works.

Not that,.. those 2 turds got offered to do several Star Wars movies, so they rushed to get it done. HBO and the actors would have stayed on to make it right.

hopefully Disney takes the offer back now.

    • Why not? Dude was tough as nails. Came off the field after a vicious hit and showed the coach how his ring finger was knocked out of socket halfway up. You could see the shock on Fox's face. Brad just  pulled  on the finger, grimaced, got it back in alignment and went back in for the next play and blew up an opposing linebacker or two. Dude is legendary.
    • Motown let on like he'd like to play at least another 5 years in his presser. I fell he was truthful and us fans over did his knee. The guy started like 108 starts in a row and only missed like 2 games over each of the past years.  I think as long as the team agrees with his value that Motown has, he will sign another contract extension to push the void years into the 2030s.  OLmen can play at high levels up til 40. Trent williams is doing it, Richie Incognito leftd and came back to play until he hit 38. Lane Johnson is still playing at a top level while 38. You member Greg Van Roten, he's somehow still playing at 36 and he started here after being a substitute teacher years before. If you are able to get over the 32 year bump, its possible to reach 38 with luck. Colleges do a poor job of preparing new OLmen, many times that vet is better.   Rams were begging Andrew Whitworth to come back while he was 39, if you got the genes, luck and still willing to put in the hard work....it is possible to play until 38 as a OLmen*starting level*
    • Shaq was a fantastic LB, he just happened to have been standing in the shadow of a Panthers great and a Hall of Famer. He was team-lead starter quality for all 32 teams of the NFL. Don't throw shade on him, he was never just a guy.
