I for one am stoked for this. Hope it happens very soon. Wouldn’t be surprised if he is waiting on the practice field to make it into a “complex” for the soccer team and the practice field for the Panthers

Having Tepper buy the Panthers was the best thing that could have happened.  His presence (and inescapably his money) may prove to be the most transformative thing to happen to Charlotte since the banking merger frenzy that led to Charlotte becoming a legitimate financial center.

Getting a 3rd pro team would certainly further solidify Charlotte as a destination US city
