Not true, rumors were swirling earlier this week when he fought with the gm that it was an option.  Word travels, and then given that tepper followed him in Pitt, it doesnt seem far fetched.  That said, I dont want that headache anywhere near the panthers, but the cacap and the brown release gives me doubt.

The only headache was the Raiders. It like saying Eric Reed is a trouble maker. The NFL attacks people who disagree with them. Hopefully Jay-Z can end this madness.

You do realize the Panthers do not have enough leverage to even acquire AB whether it be a trade or money needed to get him. We don't need any distractions added which we don't and don't need the excess baggage that comes with AB.

Was Eric Reed a distraction? I was one of the people who was worried about him and all he has done is come in and play. AB would make us a SB contender. We would have the exact same set up that he had in Pitt. Cam, CMC, and AB.

Earlier in the week, yes. But all indications yesterday were that all was well.

The additional drama didn't start until this morning.
