Been smoking a 12lb pork shoulder all night, got another 20* before she falls apart... headin in to make teh slaw now, might do some fresh-cut fries and/or bacon wrapped onion rings, depending on intoxication level come 4pm... gonna reduce some MtDew & try a new finishing sauce....
