As a Viking fan I don't have any where near the knowledge about your team as you guys do. But in a very few months of watching Norv Turner as the leader Offensive I can tell you this. He will keep your offense flat and therefore wear your defense down. I don't know who made the hire but he didn't help you team by doing it.

Who cares.  It will be a few years before we matter again. This is 2010

Yea it’s true. I had a bad feeling about this season. I’d be surprised if this team wins 3 games. Just don’t have that killer instinct and swagger. It’s over. Everyone needs to be replaced at this point .

I'd add this...

Setting aside players, if things don't get any better we really need to have a new coaching staff and front office people next year too.

We'll be in a good position for a major rebuild next offseason, but I'll be damned if I want to see that done by the same people that built this team.

And unless we see some major improvements in the future, not Matt Paradis.

I think there are lots of contracts which are being way overpaid for their production.

I would get rid of Poe, Olsen, Mccoy, Gano, Reid, because they can't be justified at that price in a rebuild. Then depending how drastic you want to be, I would seriously consider dumping KK, Cam and trading Kuechly which i would hate but those guys aren't gonna be enough of themselves to let you win.

Now the reason I quote you, is because I make an exception of the OL. I want a new QB and coach to be able to have some reliable pieces to show what they can do. Lets not repeat the mistake of putting too much on the new guy's plate, and tave him rag-dolled like Luck and Newton.

Whether or not you agree that Turner, Moton and Paradis are good pieces of a future OL is a different question.
