Kyle Allen with this supporting cast (the talent is literally there for an average QB to have some success) can beat some teams.

Spread em out.  Get it out quick.  We have never have the team to do that before now (outside of late last season). CMC, Samuel and Moore are tailor made to do the work for a QB.    Just put the ball out there for them to do the work.

Agree, if Cam is out we'll be on QB #3 by the 3rd. See Jets, most of these back ups are fringe NFL guys when it comes to being able to take the hits, pair that with their lack of experience getting the ball out....this won't be Week 17 vs New Orleans. 

As far as I'm concerned, we don't have a QB w/o Cam. To people thinking a UDFA (Allen) and essentially a 4th round QB (Grier pick no. 100, four picks after the default last pick in the 3rd) are the answer you're out of your minds.

That was vs a 3rd string qb under a different coaching staff, we’re facing the #1 pick next week followed by one of the top young qbs in the game. That’s quite optimistic of you but it will take a lot for us to win the next two with backups

      I don’t know about floor in a team defense sense but we needed more.  The floor that I am familiar with is our QBs floor and it is so low that every other part of the team needs to be beefed up.     We tried our best to improve these things and I think we did improve the defense and we at least kept the offense  from sinking from no LT.  And ostensibly helped the receivers too.   So we kept a window open that we at least have a chance to improve our record by a game of two.  Which would probably give us the division.

      Yeah. I am one of. those who think a JAG RB can eat with really good blocking. (Brooks is most important in my mind, in tbe passing game and that is what we’ll lose without him)  There are a lot of aspects to this. The big one that caused us to struggle is Young and his arm scared no one.  Best back, best blocking still cannot defeat a really good defense if they are not forced to respect the pass.  And teams did not.    But, a strong OL and running game Can get us over against weaker defenses.  And if Bryce still doesn’t scare anyone we can still win some games. Like last year  So it is really important to tend to that OL.   Get that straight and see if in his fourth year he can finally back defenses off. That is what if is all about this year to me, on the Bryce front.
