Exactly, we lost our franchise QB, the bastion of our team for most of the past decade, and yet here we are competing. There are so many unknowns about this team, but one thing we did learn today is that they can rally after defeat.

People would have to have some seriously unrealistic expectations not to be happy at 5-3, especially after the Panthers started out 0-2 and lost their franchise QB.

We are not a great team because of our line and whatever is going on on defense. Get the defense right and we have a shot.

Couldn't agree more.  If a fan hasn't enjoyed the last 6 games overall, then why watch sports to begin with?

I think too much like a coach to ever just do the "sit back and enjoy" thing. Hell, I'll probably still be analyzing the game around bedtime tonight.

I'm still not confident that we're anything more than a team who can beat bad teams, which is a movie I've seen several times with this franchise.

Who knows and whatever.

As I have learned with Ron as coach you never know what to expect.

We will see with the next few games but this defense still seems questionable.

Just have to tune in and see what happens.
